New Jersey High School Basketball - Allentown victorious over Monmouth Regional

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Allentown Redbirds basketball team scored a good 57-42 triumph over the Monmouth Regional Falcons.
The Redbirds (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Cardinals go into the Colonial Valley contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Lawrence was topped by Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ), 66-54, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Red Bank Catholic Caseys (Red Bank, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Monmouth Regional will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Caseys go into the contest with a 4-1 record after their 54-48 league loss to Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ).
