The St. Margaret's Tartans basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Bolsa Grande Matadors to 29 in the Tartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tartans now have a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rowland for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. St. Margaret's will confront a Raiders team coming off a 64-42 non-league win over Santa Ana (Santa Ana, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Bolsa Grande falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Matadors host La Quinta (Westminster, CA) to confront the Aztecs in a Orange game on Tuesday, January 7. The Aztecs go into the game with a record of 9-11. La Quinta won 67-47 in their recent non-league game against Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA)
