With the victory, Dickinson advances its record to 10-9 on the year. The Gators host Clear Springs (League City, TX) to face the Chargers in a 6A Region III District 24 match on Friday, January 3. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 20-3. Clear Springs won 52-39 in their recent non-league match against Crosby (Crosby, TX)

The Rams now own a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seven Lakes for a 6A Region III District 19 match on Tuesday, December 31. Mayde Creek will face a Spartans squad coming off a 80-58 non-league win over Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 19-5.
