In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Eastern Vikings basketball team scored a good 57-46 triumph over the Moorestown Quakers.
The Vikings (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ). The Silver Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Sterling prevailed over Clayton (Clayton, NJ), 95-72, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Quakers encounter the Camden Catholic Fighting Irish (Cherry Hill, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Moorestown will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Fighting Irish come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 76-46 non-league win over Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ).
