Next, the Panthers clash with the Kilgore Bulldogs (Kilgore, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 test, on Tuesday, December 31. Spring Hill will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 1-11 record after their 47-24 non-league loss to Longview (Longview, TX).

The Bears (0-12) will now prepare for their test against Tatum (Tatum, TX). The Eagles come into the 3A Region II District 16 test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Tatum was routed by Kountze (Kountze, TX), 69-68, in a non-league test.
