In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars basketball team scored a good 63-45 triumph over the United South Central Rebels.

The Jaguars (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Mustangs go into the A Section 2 contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart was toppled by Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN), 86-51, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rebels confront the Randolph Rockets (Randolph, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. United South Central will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 58-51 league loss to Lourdes (Rochester, MN).
