Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Panther Valley knocks off Marian Catholic

December 28, 2024: Tamaqua, PA 18252

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA) and the host Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA), observed Panther Valley's basketball team overcome Marian Catholic by a score of 50-39.

The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Blue Raiders come into the Schuylkill County 1 challenge with a 1-8 record.

In their next game, the battle the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears (Mahanoy City, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Marian Catholic will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
