Arkansas High School Basketball - Osceola victorious over Melbourne

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Osceola Seminoles basketball team scored a good 91-82 triumph over the Melbourne Bearkatz.

The Seminoles (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Newport (Newport, AR). The Greyhounds come into the 3A Region 3 challenge with a 10-2 record.

In their next game, the Bearkatz battle the Rural Special Rebels (Fox, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Melbourne will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 17-5 record after their 68-47 non-league win over Lead Hill (Lead Hill, AR).
