The Orono Riots (Orono, ME) basketball toppled the visiting Presque Isle Wildcats (Presque Isle, ME), 43-35 in Saturday's league bout.

The Riots now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hermon for a B North bout on Tuesday, December 31. Orono will play a Hawks team coming off a 40-39 league loss to Bucksport (Bucksport, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Presque Isle falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME) to play the Crusaders in a B North bout on Tuesday, December 31. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 2-3. John Bapst Memorial won 53-40 in their recent non-league bout against Greater Houlton Christian Academy (Houlton, ME)
