The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the West Nodaway Rockets (Burlington Junction, MO) and the visiting Bishop LeBlond Eagles (St. Joseph, MO), observed West Nodaway's basketball team overwhelm Bishop LeBlond by a margin of 58-36.

The Rockets (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cameron (Cameron, MO). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Cameron was trounced by Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO), 65-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Savannah Savages (Savannah, MO) in a Midland Empire challenge, on Monday, December 30. Bishop LeBlond will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Savages come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 37-28 non-league win over North Andrew (Rosendale, MO).
