The Cabrillo Conquistadores basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host Paso Robles Bearcats to 37 in the Conquistadores non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Conquistadores now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to San Marcos for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Cabrillo will confront a Royals team coming off a 45-43 non-league loss to St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA). The Royals record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Paso Robles falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Orcutt Academy (Orcutt, CA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 11-2. Orcutt Academy won 67-52 in their recent non-league game against El Diamante (Visalia, CA)
