Georgia High School Basketball - Carrollton routs Central

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Carrollton Trojans basketball team scored a big 70-25 triumph over the Central Red Devils.

The Trojans (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Panthers go into the AAAAAA Region 2 contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Chapel Hill was trounced by Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 44-38, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Red Devils confront the Percy Julian Phoenix (Montgomery, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 2. Central will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Phoenix go into the contest with a 2-9 record after their 63-46 non-league loss to Talladega (Talladega, AL).
