Texas High School Basketball - Littlefield knocks off Clarendon

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Littlefield Wildcats basketball team scored a good 69-61 win over the Clarendon Broncos.
The Wildcats (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX). The Mules come into the 3A Region I District 2 contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Muleshoe dropped by Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX), 54-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Broncos battle the Wellington Skyrockets (Wellington, TX) in a 2A Region I District 2 contest, on Tuesday, December 31. Clarendon will attempt to better on its 18-5 season record. The Skyrockets come into the contest with a 12-3 record after their 62-15 league win over Memphis (Memphis, TX).
