Tennessee High School Basketball - University overwhelms Lake County

The University Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Lake County Falcons to 36 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Memphis School of Excellence Winchester for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. University will play a Eagles team coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Eagles record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Lake County falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Obion County (Troy, TN) to play the Rebels in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 8-3. Obion County lost 60-22 in their recent non-league game against Westview (Martin, TN)
