In Saturday's league test, the U-32 Raiders (Montpelier, VT) basketball squad trounced the host Lyndon Institute Vikings (Lyndon Center, VT), by a final score of 46-25.
Next, the Raiders clash with the Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) in a Capital test, on Thursday, January 2. U-32 will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 47-34 non-league win over Middlebury (Middlebury, VT).
The Vikings (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Region (Orleans, VT). The Rangers come into the Capital test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Lake Region was overwhelmed by Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT), 33-24, in a non-league test.
