In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Woodstock Academy Centaurs ice hockey team scored a close 5-2 victory over the Ridgefield Tigers.

The Centaurs (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI). The Mariners go into the contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Narragansett edged Burrillville (Harrisville, RI), 4-3, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers play the Hall/Conard Warchiefs (West Hartford, CT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, December 30. Ridgefield will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
