The Fillmore Flashes basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Channel Islands Raiders to 33 in the Flashes non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Flashes now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Buena for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Fillmore will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 44-36 non-league loss to Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Channel Islands falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Nordhoff (Ojai, CA) to confront the Rangers in a game on Wednesday, January 8. The Rangers go into the game with a record of 2-4.
