The Santana Sultans basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Monte Vista Monarchs to 40 in the Sultans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Sultans now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to High Tech CV for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.

With the loss, Monte Vista falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Grossmont (El Cajon, CA) to confront the Foothillers in a non-league game on Monday, December 30. The Foothillers go into the game with a record of 2-4. Grossmont lost 61-35 in their recent non-league game against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA)
