The Glenbard East Rams basketball team scored 53 points and held the host West Chicago Wildcats to 31 in the Rams non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Rams now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Elgin for a Upstate Eight contest on Tuesday, January 4. Glenbard East will battle a Storm team coming off a 62-44 non-league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Storm record now stands at 12-2.

The Wildcats (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Bison enter the Upstate Eight contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Fenton triumphed over Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 47-44, in a league contest.
