The DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) basketball knocked off the host Hardee Wildcats (Wauchula, FL), 63-49 in Thursday's league test.
The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Mulberry (Mulberry, FL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Mulberry went down by River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL), 72-62, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to DeSoto County for a 4A District 11 test on Thursday, January 5. Hardee will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 57-30 non-league win over Mulberry (Mulberry, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.
