The Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Kashmere Fighting Rams (Houston, TX), 59-32 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Ganders (10-7) will now prepare for their test against South Houston (South Houston, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, South Houston walloped Fulshear (Fulshear, TX), 63-47, in a non-league test.

The Fighting Rams now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wheatley for a 4A Region III District 21 battle on Saturday, January 7. Kashmere will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 87-75 non-league win over Village (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-4.
