Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Purchase Line overwhelmed by Penns Manor

The Purchase Line Red Dragons basketball team (Commodore, PA), was overwhelmed 51-23 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA)

The Comets (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA). The Mountaineers go into the non-league outing with a 8-0 record. In their last outing, Berlin Brothersvalley smashed Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA), 86-42, in a non-league outing.

The Red Dragons now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Blacklick Valley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Purchase Line will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 73-41 non-league win over Meyersdale (Meyersdale, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.
