The Argyle Scots basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons Golden Knights to 49 in the Scots non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Scots now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hartford Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Argyle will battle a Tanagers team coming off a 64-39 league loss to Corinth (Corinth, NY). The Tanagers record now stands at 1-5.

The Golden Knights (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Plain (Fort Plain, NY). The Hilltoppers enter the Section 2 Western contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Fort Plain was nudged by Northville (Northville, NY), 65-36, in a league contest.
