Bangor Rams (Bangor, ME) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Windham Eagles (Windham, ME), 33-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Bangor upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME) to play the River Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 17. The River Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Eagles play the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Windham will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 58-40 league win over Gorham (Gorham, ME).
