California High School Basketball - Hughson edges Patterson

The Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Patterson Tigers (Patterson, CA), 29-28 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Huskies (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Riverbank (Riverbank, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Riverbank got by Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA), 36-35, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Atwater for a Central California Conference test on Tuesday, January 3. Patterson will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 53-50 non-league loss to Liberty (Brentwood, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-10.
