West Virginia High School Basketball - Tucker County overwhelms Union

December 29, 2022: Hambleton, WV 26269

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Tucker County Mountain Lions (Hambleton, WV) and the visiting Union Tigers (Mount Storm, WV), saw Tucker County's basketball squad wallop Union by a tally of 69-13.

With the victory, Tucker County improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mountain Lions travel to Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV) to confront the Warriors in a challenge on Friday, January 20. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Union will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
