North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashbrook falls to North Lincoln

December 29, 2023: Lincolnton, NC 28092

In Friday's non-league match, the host North Lincoln Knights basketball team scored a good 72-64 triumph over the Ashbrook Greenwave.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) in a 3A Western Foothills match, on Friday, January 5. North Lincoln will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Red Tornadoes enter the match with a 9-0 record after their 73-33 non-league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC).

With the defeat, Ashbrook moves to 10-1 on the year. The Greenwave host Crest (Shelby, NC) to meet the Chargers in a 3A Big South match on Tuesday, January 9. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 6-1.
