Louisiana High School Basketball - Varnado tipped by Central Private

The Central Private Redhawks basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Varnado Wildcats to 62 in the Redhawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Redhawks now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northeast for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3. Central Private will meet a Vikings team coming off a 64-48 league win over Baker (Baker, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 12-5.
The Wildcats (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Morris Jeff (New Orleans, LA). The Pelicans enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Morris Jeff was nudged by Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA), 44-32, in a non-league contest.
