California High School Basketball - Delta overwhelmed by Futures

The Delta Saints basketball team (Clarksburg, CA), was overwhelmed 78-28 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA)

The Knights now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foresthill for a Central Valley California League battle on Tuesday, January 2. Futures will battle a Wildfires team coming off a 45-34 league loss to Sacramento Waldorf (Fair Oaks, CA). The Wildfires record now stands at 6-10.

The Saints (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA). The Fire Wolves come into the Central Valley California League battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning trounced Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA), 59-49, in a league battle.
