The St. Edward Green Wave basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans to 41 in the Green Wave non-league victory on Friday.

The Green Wave now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richards for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. St. Edward will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 64-62 non-league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-9.

The Titans (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Blue Streaks come into the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Woodstock dropped by Richards (Oak Lawn, IL), 64-62, in a non-league contest.
