The Monument Valley Cougars (Monument Valley, UT) basketball crushed the host Northwest Falcons (Shiprock, NM), 70-34 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cougars (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Jemez Valley walloped Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM), 44-28, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Tse' Yi' Gai for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. Northwest will encounter a Dine Warriors squad coming off a 44-28 non-league loss to Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM). The Dine Warriors record now stands at 1-6.
