The Jaguars (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Warren County (Warrenton, NC). The Eagles go into the 1A Tar Roanoke test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Warren County notched a victory over J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC), 59-56, in a non-league test.

The Yellowjackets now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northern Nash for a 2A/3A Big East test on Friday, January 5. Roanoke Rapids will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 67-48 non-league loss to Kinston (Kinston, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.
