Mississippi High School Basketball - Amory knocked off by Hamilton

The Hamilton Lions basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Amory Panthers to 40 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithville for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11.
The Panthers (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Ripley (Ripley, MS). The Tigers enter the 4A Region 1 contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Ripley was outscored by Oxford (Oxford, MS), 58-53, in a non-league contest.
