The Carrabec Cobras basketball team (North Anson, ME), was toppled 63-48 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME)
The Cavaliers now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Hills for a D South battle on Tuesday, January 2. Valley will confront a Tigers team coming off a 40-37 non-league win over Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.
The Cobras (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Haven (North Haven, ME). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record.
