The Cascade Cougars basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Molalla Indians to 35 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marist for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Cascade will battle a Spartans team coming off a 46-32 non-league loss to Philomath (Philomath, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 5-6.
The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Tillamook (Tillamook, OR). The Cheesemakers come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Tillamook dropped by Warrenton (Warrenton, OR), 39-31, in a non-league contest.
