The Central Dragons basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Tyrone Golden Eagles to 27 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Dragons now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tyrone for a Laurel Highlands contest on Wednesday, January 3. Central will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 36-27 non-league loss to Central (Martinsburg, PA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
The Golden Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Martinsburg, PA). The Dragons enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Central ran past Tyrone (Tyrone, PA), 36-27, in a non-league contest.
