The Chuckey-Doak Black Knights basketball team (Afton, TN), was nudged 65-62 in Friday's non-league battle with the host South Greene Rebels (Greeneville, TN)

The Rebels now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Upperman for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. South Greene will battle a Bees team coming off a 63-54 non-league win over Elizabethton (Elizabethton, TN). The Bees record now stands at 12-2.

The Black Knights (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against North Greene (Greeneville, TN). The Huskies come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, North Greene was nudged by Bearden (Knoxville, TN), 70-28, in a non-league battle.
