Nebraska High School Basketball - Douglas County West ripped by David City

The David City Scouts basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Douglas County West Falcon to 36 in the Scouts non-league triumph on Friday.

The Scouts now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmyra for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. David City will meet a Panthers team coming off a 55-49 non-league win over Aquinas (David City, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.

The Falcon (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE). The enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Logan View/Scribner-Snyder triumphed over Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE), 51-10, in a non-league contest.
