Nebraska High School Basketball - Johnson County Central can't hold off Falls City

The Falls City Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Johnson County Central Thunderbirds to 34 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashland-Greenwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Falls City will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 54-33 non-league win over Gross Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 7-4.

The Thunderbirds (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 2-8 record.
