Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX) and the host Princeton Panthers (Princeton, TX), saw Lincoln's basketball squad knock off Princeton by a count of 50-40.

With the victory, Lincoln upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host North Dallas (Dallas, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, January 5. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 2-7. North Dallas lost 41-20 in their recent non-league battle against Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX)

The Panthers (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against McKinney North (McKinney, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region II District 13 battle with a 16-10 record. In their last battle, McKinney North dropped by Amarillo (Amarillo, TX), 50-36, in a non-league battle.
