The St. Mary Gaels basketball team (Rutherford, NJ), was overwhelmed 44-18 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ)
The Rams now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Garfield for a Northwest Jersey - Colonial battle on Wednesday, January 3.
The Gaels (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ). The Blue Devils come into the North Jersey - Meadowlands B battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Wood-Ridge was overwhelmed by Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ), 44-38, in a non-league battle.
