The Sparta Academy Warriors topped the host Monroe Academy Volunteers basketball team by a final score of 41-31 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Lowndes Academy Rebels (Lowndesboro, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 2. Sparta Academy will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record.
