In Friday's league outing, the Taft Raiders (San Antonio, TX) basketball squad nipped the visiting Stevens Falcons (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 46-45.

The Raiders (8-15) will now prepare for their outing against Sotomayor (San Antonio, TX). The WILDCATS go into the 6A Region IV District 29 outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, Sotomayor was tipped by Harlan (San Antonio, TX), 39-32, in a league outing.
