Virginia High School Basketball - Carroll County tipped by Pulaski County

The Pulaski County Cougars basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Carroll County Cavaliers to 41 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patrick Henry for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3. Pulaski County will meet a Patriots team coming off a 41-40 non-league loss to Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-3.
The Cavaliers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Alleghany (Covington, VA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Alleghany was nudged by Northside (Roanoke, VA), 63-60, in a non-league contest.
