The Poly Bears basketball team (Riverside, CA), was overwhelmed 57-31 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to JW North for a battle on Wednesday, January 3. Rancho Verde will battle a Huskies team coming off a 70-30 non-league loss to Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-4.

The Bears (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA). The Eagles come into the battle with a 10-3 record.
