The Triton Cobras basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs to 40 in the Cobras league triumph on Sunday.

The Cobras now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Albert Lea for a AA Section 1 game on Monday, December 30. Triton will confront a Tigers team coming off a 66-62 non-league win over Warren-Alvarado-Oslo (Warren, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Plainview-Elgin-Millville falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Caledonia (Caledonia, MN) to confront the Warriors in a AA Section 1 game on Friday, January 3. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-1. Caledonia won 77-66 in their recent non-league game against West Salem (West Salem, WI)
