The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI) and the visiting Reed City Coyotes (Reed City, MI), observed St. Johns's basketball team overwhelm Reed City by a margin of 65-41.

The Redwings (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Red Arrows come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Lowell was trounced by DeWitt (DeWitt, MI), 50-47, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Reed City will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 64-50 league win over Ravenna (Ravenna, MI).
