The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) and the visiting Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ), observed Summit's basketball team knock off Dayton by a score of 49-33.

The Hilltoppers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Lenape Valley was knocked off by Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ), 48-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Dayton will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 45-28 non-league win over Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ).
