The LeRoy Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Ridgeview Mustangs to 38 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eureka for a Heart of Illinois contest on Friday, December 10. LeRoy will battle a Hornets team coming off a 72-56 league win over Lexington (Lexington, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 4-2.

The Mustangs (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL). The Falcons enter the Heart of Illinois contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Flanagan-Cornell triumphed over Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL), 60-45, in a league contest.
