Pana Panthers (Pana, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pawnee Indians (Pawnee, IL), 71-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pana upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Panthers host Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Shelbyville lost 48-28 in their recent non-league bout against Okaw Valley (Bethany, IL)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Lutheran Crusaders (Springfield, IL) in a MSM bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Pawnee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 74-34 non-league loss to Routt Catholic (Jacksonville, IL).
